This is an alternative version of E1M4 from the original Doom remade by John Romero. All secrets are revealed, although that last one almost escaped me.

I believe E1M4 and E1M8 were the only two levels not done by Romero in Doom's first episode, so it's cool to see what could have been had he made them himself.
