This run was part of my "One Day Challenge", where I limit myself to a single livestream to study, route, practice, and run a single map. I used Teedre's route entirely without any major changes. I'm not sure if there are any route improvements that can yield consistent time gains, but I didn't bother to look as I only gave this challenge 1 day of my time. With the current route however, getting a good time depends heavily on getting good RNG when it comes to monster movement. It is very common to reach the end of the map and having 1 or 2 roaming monsters somewhere, invalidating the run, no matter how fast you were. Pure torture.
