Doom Eternal Walkthrough Gameplay Part 7
This video includes the 7th part of Doom Eternal that is played on the Xbox One.
Doom Eternal is a video game developed by id Software and published by Bethesda Softworks.
Two years after the events of 2016's Doom, Earth has been overrun by demonic forces, wiping out 60% of the planet's population under the now-corrupted Union Aerospace Corporation (UAC). The Doom Slayer, having previously been teleported to an unknown location, returns to Earth from an ancient satellite known as the Fortress of Doom to quell the demonic invasion by killing the Hell Priests - three powerful magicians who serve an angelic being known as the Khan Maykr - who intend to sacrifice mankind. Assisted by the AI Vega, the Slayer finds and kills priest Deag Nilox in New York, but the Khan Maykr teleports the two remaining priests to unknown locations.
After retrieving a celestial locator from the Sentinel world of Exultia, the Slayer retrieves a power source and a special dagger from a fallen Sentinel called "The Betrayer", who went into self-imposed exile in Hell after he was deceived by the demons with a false offer to resurrect his son. VEGA directs the Slayer to a citadel in the Arctic where priest Deag Ranak has taken refuge, where the Slayer defeats the Priest's guardian Doom Hunters before beheading him.
The Khan Maykr moves the final Priest Deag Grav to a secure location and accelerates the invasion of Earth, forcing the Slayer to destroy the Super Gore Nest in central Europe where the invasion began. After destroying the nest, Vega directs the Slayer to find Samuel Hayden in order to locate the last priest. Heading to a secure UAC facility, the Slayer retrieves Hayden’s mangled robotic body and the demonic Crucible blade, which Hayden kept for the Slayer should he return. After battling a Marauder, the Slayer returns to the Fortress of Doom and transfers Hayden's mind into the fortress's mainframe. Hayden soon reveals that the final priest is hiding on Sentinel Prime, which can only be accessed through a portal in the ancient city of Hebeth in Mar’s core. The Slayer travels to a UAC base on Phobos, where he uses a massive BFG cannon to blast a hole in Mars to reach Hebeth.
The Slayer soon reaches Sentinel Prime, where he discovers the final Priest in a gladiatorial arena. On his way to confront the Priest, the Slayer flashes back to his origins - revealing him to be "Doomguy"; the Doom Marine of the original games. After the events of Doom 64, Doomguy elected to remain in Hell to keep the demons from returning and was eventually found badly wounded on Sentinel Prime. Proving his worth to the Maykrs in gladiatorial combat, he was recruited to the Night Sentinels as the Slayer after warning them of the demonic invasion. The Slayer was granted superhuman strength and speed by a rogue Maykr, the Seraphim, and was sealed in Hell once again after the Khan Maykr and the Priests became corrupted by Hell's energy until his release on Mars.
In the present, the Slayer kills the final Priest's guardian, but is warned that he will be ostracized from the Sentinels if he kills the Priest on Sentinel grounds. Unfazed, the Slayer kills the priest after defeating the demon Gladiator and teleports back to his fortress as other Sentinels attempt to confront him.
