I didn't notice that much that MBF provides the same physics for all the things. Right here, the lift gives the sphere some momentum and it lands on the edge of the floor to the right which makes it slide. Then, the lift raises up and the sphere slides to the edge and falls off the lift.

Sorry, I'm not good at describing scientific processes.
