Insanely hard - at first i did ok, but after halfway things started going wrong...and i never could raise my health to any decent level :D Even so, towards the end the ambushes get hard enough to die in them even with decent health. 1/6 secretes, will return to find more.

Not sure about playing M8 as usual, and E4 scares me :D This is so much harder than what i remember HMP-run to have been.
