Never too confident with what to do and the timings on maps like these, but from what I can tell leaving a lot of the central enemies alone to infight is good as you focus down the sides. There's a bit of a balancing act that needs to be done in order to prevent the imps from teleporting in too late. You can probably make the teleport at the start cleaner, aswell as the archvile kill at the end to save some more time, but I'm not sure how low this can go as this was better than any time I did in practice too lol.
