Watched El Inferno's TAS run of this level and decided that it was probably possible to do non-tas, as the AVJ is so close to the start of the run. That being said, that doesn't make it easy - I did find some movement that helped out a bit but it was still pretty rough all throughout.

I wait by the barons by the switch that starts the crusher to try drag some cybers into the centre so they get crushed, and this worked very well this attempt as I only needed to cleanup a few archviles, and so I was able to get an exit below 2 minutes!

Probably could use some more cells for the secret fight but im happy with this run as is.
