Wow... This is probably the hardest doom level I have UVMaxed, a very very unforgiving level that i struggled with a LOT. Inspired by Sunder Map11 "The Furnace", It takes ideas from that level and interprets them in the Abandon style, and this results in an incredibly atmospheric, pretty and foreboding map with a mixture of very fun and very grindy fights, ofcourse alongside the platforming. I came into this map with very little experience with doom platforming and man did the platforming kick my ass.

Fortunately, I came up with a lot of consistent and repeatable strats, however the nature of this map is that sometimes a few bad damage rolls will force you to improvise, thus causing further mistakes that tend to snowball, this being most apparent in the large fight 26 minutes in.

Im very proud of this demo moreso for the exit than the time, there being several clear speed improvements that can be made, such as killing the pain elementals alongside the mancs and cybers 8 minutes in, and especially in the final fight, playing more risky and involving the cybers in infighting earlier, as well as these strat improvements, I also took a few pauses to control my nerves and to drink some water. Despite that Im very happy with this as is.
