Pure pain and agony awaits you if you play this map on UV. First arena with Revenants and Arachnotrons isn't way too bad, getting hit by a single revenant missile on that arena could end your whole run because saving as much as health as possible for the next arena is crucial for increasing your chances to survive.

Part on 4:45 is by far the hardest arena on the map, and completly luck based in my opinion, you can get killed there within seconds because again of completly no armor. It's one of the hardest arenas in the entire wad.

Final fight is super deadly, died a couple of times there which is super punishing, despite all the practice.
