Another one of my all time favorite maps, though one surprisingly tricky to pistol start. There’s eight rooms in a central hub that you’ll want to tackle one by one, and each has some weird gimmick to it.

You’ll want to do the pinky room first, the Cacodemon hall second, and then go back to the pinky room so you can get the rocket launcher, shotgun, plasma rifle, and BFG in that order. The plasma rifle and BFG are crucial to making it out of the crazier ambushes alive, especially the two imp rooms and the Cyberdemon vs Barons room. The room with the secret Pain Elementals can be tricky too, but thankfully you get some tiny holes to hide in (one with a chaingun) and hopefully you’ll have the chainsaw by this point.
