This one can be potentially challenging, and contains one of the better (i.e. the "tough but fair" category) uses of a Cyberdemon... although this one's probably more vulnerable than usual to BFG attacks given the narrow space and easy-to-cause infighting.
Other than that, this one comes reasonably close to being a Hitscan Hell level. It's overpopulated with all three sorts of Zombie, and they're rarely just waiting in line to be blasted into meat paste by whatever weapon you're carrying.
Yes, it could be much tougher to fight through, but the constant picking away from these little bastards can really add up and cause problems by the end.
