At first I couldn't find a good way to get through the Pinkies + Hellknights + Barons in the beginning but after finding the secret with the chainsaw "accidently" (because it opened while I was shooting the Pinkies in the dark room :P) it became much easier.
The rest until you get the yellow key isn't really difficult, you just have to watch out that you don't get surrounded in the room with the Berserk pack.

The only thing which caused some trouble for me were the 4 Archviles, I sometimes died because of the poison water but then I saw that there are 2 Radiation Suits not only 1 :)
