Comments:

This run is quite survival-oriented unlike the regular UV-Max, because there will be instances that you have to do like finding cover quickly and restocking ammo.

For the first few minutes, you have to make certain that the hellknights infight with the imps while getting rid of the arch-vile in the triangle room, then inside the red key once you got rid of the spiderdemon, you have to find cover to ensure that the pain elementals do not spam too much lost souls to the point that the map is not beatable, all the while conserving ammo for killing them.

Then for the arch-vile-revenant room at the blue key, separating the latter's bodies is quite necessary to ensure the former do not resurrect them.
