I had been grinding this map a fair bit late last year, but put it down to focus on some other stuff. Zero Master's recent video inspired me to get back to it, and after a week I've managed to get an exit and slightly improve on his time. This is the first demo I've recorded that's longer than about 12 minutes, and I'm extremely happy with the result, despite the room for optimisation.

The route is a mixture of my own, some bits taken from the various playthroughs posted to YT, and finally a number of improvements incorporated from ZM's demo. Route notes with the major differences to ZM's route highlighted available here: https://pastebin.com/pWg9TPYY.

There is *significant* timesave available, mostly in the first 1/3rd and during the staircase fight towards the end. I backtracked a ton between the BFG fight and the imp/rev lock in room - much more than is necessary. While none of the fights in this section are terribly dangerous in isolation, a lot of them still have the capacity to go very poorly, and I was so sick of replaying the start that I just elected to play it safe.

A couple of pause breaks for bathroom/smokes were taken, although I've edited them down so you're not staring at a blank screen for 5 mins.
