Map 6 of No End In Sight episode 4 is different depending on which version you're playing. In the standalone PC release, E4M6 is a level called "Sanctuary of Filth", which is another enormous map on the level of Anomaly Retribution, Netherworld Citadel, and Parallels with over 400 enemies, 15 secrets, 8 Spider Masterminds, and 12 Cyberdemons! There is also another secret exit to a second secret level, E4M0: RGC Alpha, accessible by killing all of the Cyberdemons. However, due to the insanely tall structures causing numeric overflow crashes, Sanctuary of Filth was scrapped from the Unity Add-On release for technical reasons, and RGC Alpha was relegated to the E4M6 slot in its place.
RGC Alpha is a map that throws almost all of its 244 enemies at you in one small area with increasingly frantic waves opening up as you collect each key. After that, you'll have some precision platforming to deal with. Fun...
