21Revisited the SDL 1.2.14 and SDL_mixer porting to OpenVMS, this time to the newly available OpenVMS 9.2 for x86_64 under VSI community license https://vmssoftware.com/community/community-license/

OpenVMS runs under qemu-kvm on a X86_64 host
Doom is very choppy, so possibly some more optimization is needed during the build phase.
