DC-ROMA RISC-V Pad II demo
25Testing the new riscv64 tablet from DeepComputing
OS : Ubuntu 24.04 riscv64 desktop (Gnome + Wayland )
The stock image that ships with the DC Roma II pad is still a little rough and needs more work/polishing, so I have built/compiled most of the programs in the demo here myself.
OpenGL ES 2.x stuff works (xash3d-fwgs) with Half-Life 1 and others (prboom-plus )
Vulcan 1.2 does not seem to work yet with the stock Mesa drivers.
ScummVM gameplay is really nice on the tablet
GemRB with Baldur's Gate 1 is really nice in full screen on the tablet
A very powerful octa-core riscv64 portable system which I really like.
Still not for the general masses yet, but riscv64 is slowly getting there :)
