Doom Snapmap - Destroy
5You start out in a very atmospheric basement surrounded by smoke with the growls of the unwilling heard all around. You're assigned to equip the only weapon available... the chainsaw. Fuel isn't unlimited which could cause you some problems, but there is an ample amount of canisters around to restock. Everything in this module has been made to be destructable and there is a plethora of effects like explosions and electricity. The map is 1 life since upon death you respawn in the basement with no weapons and no way back up top. I'm not sure if this was intentionally made as a 1 life map or just an oversight on the authors part for not creating a respawn point. Either way, it seems like a unfinished work but is an absolute blast to play. I did replay a few times and saw the environment change and spawns ramp up in difficulty. I would recommend to stay away from 1 life maps but add a penalty to death. Join the Discord!
