I imagine that this is where the supposed difficulty comes into play, what with there being so many zombies.

From what I've experienced, hitscan monsters very rarely miss in this port. They also like to fire very frequently.

I'll leave you to do the maths for that one.

Except that the answer doesn't apply to zombies, since a competent player will eradicate them over any projectile-based enemies anyway.
