Doom Wads/Mods #1:ZDaemon City
0(All of my Doom videos about Mods and Wads will be premiere's, I figured I ought to experiment to see if that brings interest while my Half Life mod videos shall be usual releases.)
This was an strange wad to be certain, I found out about it watching Youtube one night and I had trouble finding this wad as it seems to be rare.., It appears to be an re-creation of Grand Theft Auto but in Doom, The wad features various songs that we all know in midi format (some kind of corny such as Pretty Fly For An White Guy) and very difficult but addictive gameplay.
You can rob stores to gain money which you can use on betting on imps which will battle each other or on weapons such as Plasma Rifles, Shotguns, Pistols, or even the Big Fucking Gun 9000, and deal with any enemies in the wad such as Gangsters, Monkeys on Tricycles (of all things) and floating Police Cars, There are glitches though as I am using the last official SVN Copy of ZDooM and you'll see some glitching of the enemies, and background switching sprites a lot (I wasn't sure why though), Video was out of sync some due to the enormous detail size of ZDaemon City.
It's an decent wad and it can get you hooked for an few hours, But it's difficulty may turn off some as it is very easy to die due to the absurd distances that the Grannies, Monkeys, and Police Cars can attack you from and getting money takes time..
