0And to think I thought Plutonia Experiment and it's "Fan Sequels" Plutonia 2 and Plutonia Revisited Community Project was difficult, This is actually one of 3 wads that was made for Speedrunners by Speedrunners, What is Slaughterfest? Maps that are FILLED to the brim with enemies and filled also with weapons and many ammo fills, These three wads all go over the top with both of those "entities".
I am no speedrunner myself and I usually try to get through wads and single levels the usual way or with strafe movement but that won't save you in any of the Slaughterfest wads unless you learn about "Monster Infighting" which you have to do while ensuring you don't get circled, Thankfully on Sourceports (like Zdoom) Monsters are not infinitely tall and in some cases you can leap over monsters the usual "jump method" or use an jump key when above monsters.
*I should note that I will not be doing "full playthroughs" in these videos I have of Doom mods and wads like other Doom youtubers such as Zdenda, Pagb666, or Zero Master but rather showcasing my playing (and deaths) during the video capture process.
