Doom Wads/Mods #261:Vispire
0http://doomwadstation.net/2016/vispire/ Now for something different, Something that I honestly can't decide on, I don't remember where I found this wad but the link provided was made back then, This wad reminds me alot of a wad I tried back then but found it bland:DOT or Dimensions of Time, Vispire is strange name.. With 17 levels to it's name and it's not really bad or good but again, bland, like Ritz crackers.
The mapping of this wad is horrible, The texture usage does not fit with the pace of the maps, The open style of the maps give me Plutonia Experiment flashbacks, The ammo placement is decent but the enemy placement is what kills Vispire for me, It's so unwieldly and the fact the author doesn't place equal amounts of more then one monster makes me feel like this wad was a rush job, I guess there will be fans for this wad? I'm not one..
