What happens when you combine one of the goriest Side scrollers of all time into an Doom wad? You get Splatterhouse 3D, I only found out about this wad from Moddb.com, and I am glad I did.

The mod attempts to re-create the intense violence and horror atmosphere of Splatterhouse but in an first person view, Its an good effort, You have weapons such as your first, Baseball bats, An chainsaw and various other weapons, It has some issues with difficulty and ammo but I found this wad to be like an match made in heaven, The mod only works on GZDoom I am told but it worked on my Zdoom SVN Copy just fine..
