I know that Doom has so many lists of Best wads of all time Like Doomworld and Doom Wiki but for me, Doom Tribute is the BEST wad I have played ever before and I believe it was made by those who knew how to make an wad appeal to everyone.
Doom Tribute is an 2016 Megawad developed by Alando1 along with help from various other people from Doomworld, Doomer Boards, Tormentor667's Website, and several legendary Doom musicians, What is Doom Tribute? This is an obvious tribute to not just Doom but also Doom II, The overall wad re-creates the original 3 Episodes of Ultimate Doom and the entire Doom II story through maps that were designed to mimic the design of the infamous Doom Bible (I.D. Software's design script) and the maps that look much more akin to the setting of an invasion and then, Hell on Earth.
The mod uses intermissions to explain the Wad's story all retold of the original story from Doom and then DooM II, All told from an first person perspective, The mod uses an massive amount of new enemies such as Belgephors, Zombie Scientists, Mech Imps/Demons, and Chainsaw Zombies, All weapons were given new animations, Mostly this wad has no flaws at all, I doubt theres an perfect wad but Doom Tribute comes very close..
