The map is of a deep canyon with a sea of acid flowing through it. Lots of enemies welcome you on the narrow and poorly footholded terrain. You can get a soul sphere in a secret right after starting, but without armor, it will be wasted in no time, so go for the yellow key first. You will die easily because you have so many hit scanners, but if you get through that you will have access to a blue armor, and after that you will have enough endurance to get as the soul sphere to keep you going. Still, it is quite difficult to scramble through the enemies and deal with the arch-vile. After the yellow key door, it will be up to Mancubi and the revenants to determine how well they can fight each other. This is a fairly risky tactic, as you will most likely be caught in a stray bullet. And by the time you get to the red key door, you are often quite depleted of health and armor. It is quite easy to get inside the red key door once you have obtained the invulnerability, but there were many times when I was hit before that. In the final area, two cyberdemons appear, so make hit them with mancubi fireball to deflect their targets and hit them with the BFG from behind!
