When you start the map and move forward, you will find a plasma rifle and blue armor, but beyond the cage are two cyberdemons that will mercilessly fire missiles at you, and there is no countermeasure for you, so you have no choice but to run. When the two cyberdemons appear again, you must get the red key in the center of them. You can fight them off with bullets, but once you have the red key, the press will work and crush them. That would be the key to shortening the time, but it would be a pretty risky move on fast monsters.
