The Sesame Street games released in the 80s are sure interesting... This one is no exception. You can tell the graphics are so weird due to the colors the PC Booter here comes with, it is expected for the music to have just one instrument for the song because of the PC Speaker, I had to figure out what the controls were before playing:
Arrow Keys - Select
Enter - Select
F1 - Back to the menu
F3 - change speed
F5 - mute
F7 - select answer
F11 - Game crashes (The sound is ANNOYING when doing that)

So yea, this is the DOS version, however there are other versions:

Apple II: I do have a gameplay planned for that one in the Archive.org gameplay series coming soon: However, the music is so awful here, making it my least favorite port of this game.

Atari 8-Bit: Highretrogamelord has released a gameplay for Atari's version of the game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTRHY0V-Hcc The music is actually good here unlike the ear damaging Apple II one.
