DosBox-X - Windows 98 SE VM setup and installation

Not like PCem or 86Box, DosBox-X is using a configuration file (*.conf) to store hardware info and settings. Please refer to above instruction link. windows98 conf file is also available below between the dot lines, just copy and paste to a text file and rename the extension name to .conf. I named the file as "win98.conf" in this video.
