The Eighth and final boss of the "Cursed Wave" in the dot hack Quarantine game is Corbenik the Rebirth. If you count Cubia he is actually the ninth major boss of the dot hack quadriliogy.

Corbenik is the longest and most dangerous battle next to skeith in my opinion. He has three separate forms that must be defeated in one go. My advice is to keep pelting him with everyhtin you have and let Kite act as the main healer of the group passing out healing elixers and emperor potions. Keep your main character as far away from the last corbenik 3 form ( giant eyeball ) while you magicains keep zapping away. You will find out how much you must data drain when this battle stetches on beyond a half an hour.
