DOTA 2- I hate the new communication score system, it makes me wanna play League of Legends

I'm Alexandra, a girl that streams on Twitch that mainly plays Dota2 and in today's video, "I hate the new communication score system, it makes me wanna play League of Legends " I've shared with you once again my opinion about the communication system, because, once again, my voice chat is disabled and I think there are other people in my situation as well. I want to mention that, I NEVER broke items, I don't grief on purpose, I tryhard and try to be as positive and understanding as possible. I NEVER FLAME. In the old system, I used to flame and insult other players and my communication score would stay in 9,5-10k range always :)
CONTEXT FOR THIS VIDEO: I've recorded this video after I've dropped from 8k communication score to 7.6k. All of the games that I play are all live, everyone can check how I behaved, what I pinged, when I used text chat/voice chat on twitch, because I save all of the vods and I don't play offstream; As you probably already saw, my history is full of wins.
I don't understand why I'm getting minus communication points and why my ability to talk on mic (that it's CLEARLY so important if you want TO WIN) is being taken from me, when all I did was TALK OBJECTIVELY and LOGICALLY and ASUMED ABOUT THE GAMES that I've played in.
I've literally played against a dude who was 10-11k mmr and wished d3ath to all people who are below 10k (check 08:30:00 if you don't believe my words). How is that guy allowed to use chat, or better said, even queue ranked?
What do you think about that guys? If I am not allowed to use mic because I tell my teammates what to do and ping sometimes, when I feel that my intervention is necessary and will help me and my team win the game what should happen to this bounty hunter player? Let me know in the comments down below your SINCERE opinion about the COMMUNICATION SCORE SYSTEM. How do we increase this communication score? Someone said that play turbo as 5 man in a party, but I barely get 100-200 points after 15 games. Unfortunatelly, I don't have that much time to do that and I DON'T LIKE TURBO GAMES, they are not enjoyable for me.
Personally, I got TIRED of getting reported only because I am a girl who streams this game or because I want TO WIN. I am not even going to open the topic about people who have 9-10-11k mmr accounts and play on 8k smurfs only to snipe me and then call me things, prolly report me after game too, prolly those guys report count too for my conduct behavior summary, but that's what I've heard- ENEMIES REPORTS MATTER TOO! Wait, you behaved perfectly but won? Enemy team will report you for smurfing, toxic chat and so on and it counts ;) I've never been this disappointed, mad and sad at the same time because of Dota 2.
