Oh wow...

Really poor version of Double Dragon. The controls are bad, you can only guess which moves will hit, Billy and Jimmy don't look at all to Billy and Jimmy (not even close!) (okay, with Atari 2600's limited capabilities that's hard to do...) and the music sounds LITERALLY sad (unlike the Double Dragon tune where you would go out and beat the next guy, lol).

But I can see where was Activision going to with this port. There aren't any Beat'em-Ups (well, maybe you can count Chuck Norris Superkicks as one...but for me felt somewhat more like a fighting game as only one enemy at a time is at the screen) and Double Dragon was the most beloved and popular one (let alone that it was the game that revolutionized the genre).


By the way, in case you are wondering why this video is so long although I don't like this version, that's because I wanted you to show the women, lol. (Still a wonder that I somehow managed to get there...)
