Basically my relationship with royalflare shapes in a nutshell.

Macrododging the shapes themselves isn't too bad (and the sequence is not random, so the shapes will always spawn in the same order but with random gaps between them).

However, if you get unlucky, which is not uncommon (and 300 seconds is plenty of time to get unlucky multiple times), you'll have to dodge Nue, drop down and micro through a bunch of rotating shapes (throws me off quite often) until the space above is clear for you to dash back up again. And if Nue stops above you while you're doing this you're screwed.
