As far as I can tell, Act I is perfect. The three escapes are all tenets (a dancer in Band, Jeff in Band and Jeff again in Grads). If you capture any of those Eddie yells at you while several other actual baddies get away. Only Brutus is safe to nab and instead of getting an extra capture, he is removed as an escape.

Act II is the longest act and it has a lot going on. The RNG is much higher and you often have to pick your battles. I didn't make use of it this run, but when Lyle is showing you the new traps, if you miss when he opens it, you can still collect the trap when he closes it.

Act III is rapid fire fail conditions, many of which have very tight windows. All of the Eddie captures are critical, along with the boss green guy in the basement and storage and the occasional power protection.
