Double Trouble! | Farthest Frontier - Part 9 (Settlement Survival Game)
225Farthest Frontier continues and we get attacked by not one group of raiders, but two! There are quite a lot of them and they choose some very interesting areas of the map to attack us from. Of course we have our towers and also our marvellous Geekvale Guard, but do we manage to fend them off or do they make away with lots of our precious goodies?
Aside from being attacked we continue to grow Geekvale, adding more homes so we can get closer to that magic number of 150 residents, which will allow us to upgrade to a tier three town centre!
We build a new market and also then upgrade that market, which does make it very fancy indeed! This also helps us generate quite a bit of money from our residents.
We set up a little outpost that contains a work camp and a temporary shelter with the plan being that they can consistently gather wood and stone which we can use to build up Geekvale further!
Also we start making linen clothing, we get another rat catcher and there are quite a few fires...

All Them Old-Timey Diseases! - Ensure your villagers have clean water to stop outbreaks of dysentery and cholera. Collect berries and plant greens to avoid scurvy and ensure a healthy diet. Make sure villagers are properly shoed and clothed to reduce chances of contracting tetanus, rabies or frostbite. Build a healer’s house to quarantine the infected and provide herbs and medicine for treatment.
Fend Off Would-Be Invaders - Choose to play on pacifist and avoid combat altogether or engage with varying levels of raider difficulty to raise the stakes for your town’s survival. Progress from wood palisades to stone walls, build towers and barracks, recruit and equip soldiers in the defense of your town.
