Downtown Aquarium Bash Hot Wheels Play Set NEW For 2018!
0This Downtown Aquarium Bash is a new Hot Wheels Playset for 2018 #hotwheelscity. The slogan for the 2018 play sets is "The creatures are taking over Hot Wheels City" and this playset has some piranhas swimming inside!
There is an elevator to lift the Hot Wheels cars to the top. From there, the toy cars dive into the aquarium! There's a zig-zag slide inside and if the car is successful, it will go through the side door an cause the aquarium wall to fall forward.

There are four areas to connect Hot Wheels track. Basically, there's a front road (which I showed in the video) and there's a road that drives throught the aquarium. I didn't show this but you can drive in from the left rear and pop out the trap door on the right.
Hot Wheels are a fun toy for kids to engage with and exhibit creativity. While apps can help teach some skills, imaginative play can also exercise creative problem solving.
I purchased this at Target for $9.99 USD. It is intended for ages 4-8, no batteries are required and one Hot Wheels model included (24 Ours).

Examples were Hot Wheels aquatic cars such as Hammer Down (Hammerhead Shark), Piranha Terror, Super Stinger (Manta Ray), Sharkruiser and Shark Bite.
Some Hot Wheels fantasy cars were Speed Shark, Fast Fish and Fish'd & Chip'd. I found a Speed Machine with a Hammerhead Shark tampo so it went through the tank too. Well, not exactly 'through'...
The '70 Plymouth AAR 'Cuda (barracuda) was a rather creative suggestion.
From Hot Wheels Highway 35 World Race, Wave Rippers were suggested. That was nice as well since they had appropriate deco's. You'll see Power Pipes and the Corvette Stingray get tested.
Nobody thought about Hot Wheels Character Cars! I added Aquaman, Spongebob Squarepants, Squidward, Patrick, Plankton and Mr. Krabs to the review.
