This is my search for the elusive Tomato in Downwell! To find the Tomato, you must reach the final boss without visiting any siderooms at all during your run. This means you won't be visiting any shops, nor will you be changing from the default weapon. If you do this, the shop right before the end boss will be replaced with the Tomato Room. It gives you +8 HP and +10 max ammo! You also get some unique music. There's no achievement for it - it's just for fun! :)

Note that it seems you can step into the side room timevoids (as I do a couple times in this video) - you just can't actually go in the sideroom.

While doing the Tomato Run, you'll also see a unique "White Jellyfish" enemy in Aquifer-1.
