218A playthrough of Bandai's 1989 action-platformer for the NES, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
I get the good ending in this playthrough. I also included the bad ending at the very end of the video.
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde on the NES sure has a lot of haters, but I'm not one of them. The game certainly has it's fair share of flaws, some of them significant, but I always appreciated its attempt to break away from the standard, generic platformer template.

Since it's October and Halloween will soon be upon us, I thought that this would be a good time to roll this one out.
But seriously, it's nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be. It can be excruciatingly difficult, and without the manual some of the mechanics can be a bit bewildering, but if you're willing to give it a fair shot, you might just find to be an enjoyable experience. I did.
