Raw gameplay footage of one of my recent HMC runs. Was a bit rough but shows overall how the fight goes. Builds of party members and self are shown towards the end of the video.

I run a skill haste build on Addis simply to add flexibility, though it isnt necessary for 2 bleed stacks within one s2 rotation. Note that I built him before Void Poseidon, and the s3 on Anemone is very useful for bursting bubbles and prison. I'd still argue this is his strongest build, outside of using prep on the void weapon for early bleed procs.

Despite the initial fears of HMC, it is perfectly doable on a budget, though MUB Roc is more or less almost completely necessary as a minimum.
