Dragon Age 4 has been struggling lately. In the past few months an already tormented dev cycle has taken some rough turns with myriads of layoffs and all coming on the heels of major layoffs with other parts of Bioware, including those for Star Wars The Old Republic.

One of the saddest parts of this is that those layoffs impacting the MMO were supposed to lead to more focus on single player RPGs like Mass Effect and Dragon Age but only two months later, that doesn't appear to be the case.

So we have to ask, is it time to worry about Dragon Age 4 getting cancelled?
