Once you've retrieved the first two pieces of the Topsider's sword (Pommel & Hilt) & have also checked the coffin/tombstone. An 'Ancient Darkspawn' will spawn in this area, he's a very strong & challenging boss level Darkspawn usually wielding a two handed weapon. He's a tough nut to crack but just keep your party all alive & pile on the buffs & you should take him down to recieve the Topsider's Blade, the third piece of the sword.
