Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Go to Ancient Aqueduct:
Travel to the Ancient Aqueduct fast travel point in Arlathan Forest.
Upon arrival, a relic will explode, indicating the start of anomalies affecting the area.
Rescue the First Veil Jumper:
Head east to find a spatial anomaly.
Inside, use Bellara’s Tinker ability to interact with a relic at the top.
Cross a tree log and go left to find the first Veil Jumper.
Rescue the Second Veil Jumper:
Proceed north to a gated area with unstable magic.
Navigate carefully through the area.
Look up to find a device; use Bellara’s Tinker ability to open the path to the second Veil Jumper.
Get the Scribbled Note:
Return to the previous area and cross the tree log again.
This time, go right and follow the objective marker.
Interact with a Griffon Dig site to open a nearby cave containing a Scribbled Note, indicating one Veil Jumper didn't survive.
Rescue the Final Veil Jumper:
Follow the final objective marker to find the last Veil Jumper in need of help.
A magical ward on the ground will summon enemies when interacted with.
Defeat the enemies, then interact with the ward again to open the path to the final Veil Jumper.
Return to Elio:
Fast travel back to Elio's location at the Veil Jumper Camp.
Speak with him to complete the quest and receive your rewards.

Companion Abilities: Ensure Bellara is in your party, as her Tinker ability is essential for interacting with certain relics.
Navigating Anomalies: Be cautious of unstable magic areas; proceed carefully to avoid damage.
Collectibles: Keep an eye out for additional relics and notes that provide more context to the Veil Jumpers' plight
