Dragon Ball Fighter Z is rated T for Teen by the ESRB and is for ages 13 and up. DBFZ is just way too simplified to be fun for new comers and veterans alike. Maybe there's a deeper game in there somewhere but I just don't see it yet.

Edit: So there actually IS a practice/tutorial mode. I hate hub worlds.
