3The only "Budokai" game I only ever played was the OG Budokai on PS2 back in the mid 2000s and it still holds as my personal favorite DBZ game. I never played the sequels or spinoffs during that era and only started going at it again in recent years with FighterZ back in 2021. Even though there are alternative methods to be able to play those games now, I never went through with those due to how much more different that series was in comparison to what I'm used to. Xenoverse 2 did help me understand the arena fighter genre a bit more withing the last 2 years, but it still wasn't enough to encourage me to go back and play them. I am still excited to show and experience this brand new world together, this being my VERY FIRST Budokai Tenkaichi game (bt) I personally couldn't think of a better opportunity to do it!
