I'm just previewing the mod DRAGON BALL Z: BUDOKAI 3 ND - a mod that I downloaded back in 2009-2013 and haven't really played much. So I did burn this mod onto a DVD and that's why it is stuttering and is a bit laggy at times.

If you play games using the PCSX2 EMULATOR directly from a DVD - bought or not - then the resolution will still be in HD but the DVD will cause stuttering or lag, and maybe even the sound or music to be too fast or too slow compared to the scenes of the game.

I couldn't find this mod at all on Google or Youtube so I had to use the DVD,

The mod is adding a new background for the titlescreen, new character skins for Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Raditz and Kid Buu and it might have a few new songs.
