This will be a quick (and rushed) tutorial on how to set up PARSEC to enable multiplayer in games like Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 4! PARSEC lets you share your screen with your friends and enables local multiplayer. It's really easy to set up and this quick tutorial will help you set it up properly. All you have to do is sign up and download PARSEC (It's free). Once you've done that, have your friend add you and then request to share your screen. Ensure you have the controllers set up so your friend can use their controllers on their end. I set up two controllers on PCSX2 so when my friend connects his controller to his laptop/PC/Macbook, it will be recognized with PCSX2. And that's it! Now you can play multiplayer like your friend is local with you. This works for any game, not just Budokai Tenkaichi 4. I've used it for other emulators and even games on Steam! Have fun!
