Looks like I'm not just doing the animated trailer for the RPG horror game\Lucid Soul, but also some concept designs regarding my favorite thing in the world! DRAGONSSS!!!! Turns out, that it was none other than my rough design for my dearest child Zalgaroth as a dragon that made Jon want to go to me about designing some dragons for him. :D ((( My child made a statement AAAH X//D )) I'm designing seven, and right now I've only completed four designs. You'll see the next three in another video.
You guys might also see fully painted illustrations of these designs too. but who knows XD
The more I get deeper into the plot of the game, the more I'm finding out about it! And the more I'm realizing that this is so much more than any typical RPG, or any Horror game, or mix of the two. I feel like it's a never ending well of story and creativity, and the deeper you learn about it, the more you want to know. It really is such an honor to be apart of such an in depth project. I know it won't be complete for a while, but I really can't wait to play it, and for you guys to see it as well.
Drawing all these dragons, and just whenever I can with my original stuff really feels like It's going back into my roots. I know here on youtube, my "roots" seem like Undertale and Steven universe, but my true roots as an artist is dragons and birds. Literally all I would draw as a kid, all the way up to 8th grade were Dragons and birds. I feel like it really shows too, because even after all these years of not drawing dragons and only drawing humanoid people or cartoons, Still to this day, Dragons and birds still come more natural and easier to draw to me than any humanoid ever.
