We are currently in Chapter 2: Rimuldar. Previously, Davilas built a Sewing Room with the Habadashery blueprint. Then, after raising the town to Level 3 and upgrading the outer walls, Davilas defended the town in another skirmish and acquired the Red Teleportal. Numerous quests are now available.

After resuming, Davilas talks to Elle (time 0:30). She asks Davilas to head through the Red Teleportal and seek out a couple new patients. She notes that this will make five patients in all, so before leaving, Davilas makes another Simple Bed for the Infirmary.

Davilas ventures through the Red Teleportal (time 3:19). He arrives in the Ancient Palace area northwest of the base island. He begins in the swampy southern area. Guess what this area has? Metal! Finally, an area with metal. Davilas retrieves the Red Naviglobe from the chest and sets it up.

Plenty of new materials can be found raight away, including Bigonia Leaves, Silver, and Ruby. Defeating a Crabid, Davilas acquires a Crab Claw (time 4:18). He learns the recipe for Cooked Crab Claw.

Acquiring a Ruby, he learns the recipe for the Naughty Night Light (time 4:38). Hm, and someone did mention something about a puff-puff parlor...

When Davilas acquires Wheat, he learns how to make Porridge. Yuck ... I mean, yum.

Northeast of the teleportal, Davilas soon finds a collapsed woman, Mildred (time 6:58). The poor thing is starving. Davilas picks her up and takes her back to base.

He takes the teleportal back to Rimuldar (time 7:30).

He lays Mildred down in the Infirmary (time 7:44). Mildred's first request is Cooked Crab Claw, so Davilas prepares Cooked Crab Claw and gives it to her.

When Davilas rests, he sees another flashback (time 8:39). I believe it is of the Dragon Quest (I) protagonist visiting the shop in Garinham.

Mildred next wants a Baguette, but Davilas cannot make it yet. He does go ahead and make Crockery.

Davilas again takes the Red Teleportal to the Ancient Palace area (time 11:37). To the northwest, he will find Crabber Dabber Doos, tougher and more aggressive Crabs. He also finds Heartfruit in the swamp.

As Davilas approaches the quest destination for the second patient, the trees on the islet become Treefaces (time 13:24). Davilas must chop them down with his axe. Be careful; their dance can sap the Builder's hunger meter.

Davilas finds a woman named Hazel buried in a shallow grave under the Sconce (time 14:04). Poor Hazel. She too is starving, so Davilas carries her back to base.

Davilas takes the teleportal back to Rimuldar (time 15:47). He places Hazel in the last empty bed in the Infirmary (time 16:01). Her first request is Sardine-on-a-stick.

Davilas takes the Blue Teleportal to the Prickly Wilds (time 16:11). He fishes the sea near the teleportal for Sardines.

Then, he returns to Rimuldar (time 16:47). He cooks up a Sardine-on-a-stick.

He feeds the Sardine-on-a-stick to Hazel (time 17:13). She will need a day to rest before she makes her next request, which is for Fries. Davilas cannot make them yet.

Then, Davilas talks to Casey in the Watering Hole (time 17:58). She asks Davilas to make something that can clean up the water. Davilas learns the recipe for the Filter Fountain, which purifies polluted water when set in water. The Filter Fountain requires 5 Stones, 5 Pumice Pieces, 3 Cottons, and 2 Bigonia Leaves.

Again, Davilas takes the Blue Teleportal to the Prickly Wilds (time 20:27). He gathers up the Pumice Pieces and Cottons needed. The Bigonia Leaves can be found through the Red Teleportal in the swamp south of the Ancient Palace.

Davilas takes the teleportal back to the base (time 22:03). He crafts a Filter Fountain at the Carpenter's Workstation.

Then, he sets the Filter Fountain in the water in the Watering Hole (time 22:54). This turns the room into a Purification Pool. He can now use the Bucket near the Filter Fountain to get Purified Water.

Davilas reports to Casey (time 23:08). She mentions that the townspeople have been looking into a new weapon that can take out the Hades Condor. She rewards him with 10 Palm Lumbers. Quest complete!

Next time, Davilas will explore more of the Ancient Palace and do a delicious new quest for Nosh.
