We are currently in Chapter 2: Rimuldar. Previously, Davilas fought the first skirmish in defense of Rimuldar and obtained the Blue Teleportal. Past the Blue Teleportal, he found materials that enabled him to complete a Watering Hole for Casey. The wood found past the Blue Teleportal can also be used to make more durable walls for the base.

After resuming, Davilas talks to Nosh (time 0:33). Nosh asks Davilas to look for a fisherman in the Prickly Wilds and work out how to make a Fishing Rod.

Before leaving, Davilas plants some Palm Seedlings in town. If planted in town, they will grow and provide a sustainable source of lumber.

Then, Davilas takes the Blue Teleportal to the Prickly Wilds (time 3:42).

He finds a tower south of the river. At the top of this tower, he finds a chest containing a World Map (time 7:09).

On the eastern coast of the island, Davilas finds a fishing Bodkin in a damaged building by the mouth of the river (time 9:37). The Bodkin asks Davilas to fix up the three walls of his structure. Davilas can repare the walls with Earth blocks. Be sure to fix the corners, too.

After fixing the structure, Davilas reports to the fishing Bodkin (time 12:09). The Bodkin teaches Davilas how to make a Fishing Rod. If Davilas speaks to the Bodkin again, the Bodkin tells him about Cod, which has paralysis-curing properties.

Davilas uses a Chimaera Wing to return to Rimuldar (time 14:29). A Frogstool is one ingredient, so Davilas heads out to farm Frogstool. Then, back in town, he crafts a Fishing Rod. It requires a Broken Branch, a Cord, and a Frogstool.

Davilas reports to Nosh (time 19:07). Davilas gets to keep the Fishing Rod for his own use. Nosh rewards him with 3 Medicinal Herbs. Quest complete! Davilas can now use the Fishing Rod to go fishing. It is pretty simple in this game.

Davilas speaks with Nosh again (time 20:19). He asks Davilas to fish up five Sardines for him.

In the morning, Davilas takes the Blue Teleportal to the Prickly Wilds (time 22:20). He goes fishing off the eastern coast of the island. The first Sardine catches, he learns the recipe for Sardine-on-a-stick (time 22:38). The fishing mechanics are pretty easy. Just cast your line and wait. When you see a little splash, tap the confirm button to reel in your catch. Look out; you can also reel in a hostile monster!

Davilas takes the teleportal back to Rimuldar (time 24:44).

At the base, he reports to Nosh (time 25:11). Happy with the fishy catch, Nosh rewards Davilas with 10 Orange Oils. Quest complete!

Next time, Davilas will continue his questing in the Prickly Wilds.
