Ok, so my actual Quest Video fails to upload once it reaches 70% complete, so I've had to write all this out.

Brunhild at the Mirage Mahal wants to see if you've got what it takes to be a paladin. Use the Whipping Boy ability to protect your companions ten times in battle in the Djust Desert.

Strategy:
Puting the person you're protecting at the front and everyone else at the back increases the chance of the protected person getting attacked. Having only your main character (who you protect) and your Whipping Boy increases the chance of your main character getting attacked to 50% rather than 25% when you have 4 party members (or 33% if you have 3). Simply defend, defend, defend, and Whipping Boy. Heal your Whipping Boy when you get low on health. The Axolhotls in the Desert can breathe Fire which hits everyone, so you can rely on them to hit your protected person.
