Strategy:
Buff as much as you can so you can take less damage, which means Larstastnaras doesn't drain as much MP. She can Magic Barrier, so your mages should buff the party rather than cast attacking spells. She's weak to Fire Fource, Frost Fource and Life Fource (though you probably don't have Life Fource) (These are all the arnamentalist's special abilities exclusive to the arnamentalist)

BTW Xcalibur is a paladin (who got a lot of skill points), and since Bojo is always in the party, he got loads too - enough to max out the sword skill and get 81 points in Guts, giving him the incredibly useful Double Up.
